In a world where so much is made quickly, I wanted to make room for something different. Baby clothes made by hand, with beautiful fibers and the kind of care you can feel.
That is where Dodo Craft began: with a belief in slow fashion, natural materials, and the lasting value of women’s craftsmanship.
Our pieces have become part of first journeys home, newborn photographs, baby showers, and family traditions. One of the loveliest things is hearing from a mother who has saved an outfit for her next baby. That is what “heirloom” means to me — a little piece with a life beyond its first wearer.

I send yarn to women in and around İzmir, who knit from their own homes. Some are retired; others are homemakers contributing to their household income. We work with respect for their time, skill, and fair payment.

Our cotton pieces begin with carefully chosen organic cotton yarn. Some designs use merino wool — each product’s materials are listed separately.
